Bicycle Repair Stations
Ruhr University Bochum has set up bicycle repair stations on campus where cyclists can repair small bicycle breakdowns themselves quickly and free of charge.
Equipment
The bicycle repair stations each have the following equipment:
- Double open-end wrench (8x10 and 13x15 millimeters)
- Adjustable open-end wrench (0 to 32 millimeters)
- Allen key set (2 | 2.5 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 8 millimeters)
- Phillips screwdriver PH2
- Slotted screwdriver (5.5 x 1.0 millimeters)
- Tire lever
- Pliers
- Air pump with a pressure range of 0 to 10 bar and adapter for all valves (Auto, Presta, Dunlop)
